About:

April joined the Wright Lab in January 2025 as a third-year co-op student. She is in Honours Chemical Biology and Mathematical Science. In her free time, April enjoys playing piano and arranging music for the MacSci Musical orchestra.

Research Interests:

April is working on the discovery of a new drug compound that targets resistant bacteria through analysis of homologues of biosynthetic gene clusters.
