This March, members of the Wright Lab have raised more than $530 for families staying at Ronald McDonald House Charities Hamilton (RMHCH).
The funds will support RMHCH’s Meals that Heal program – an initiative that offers residents a home-cooked meal seven nights a week, 365 days a year. Under the guidance of in-house chef Shawn Rocchi, members of the Wright Lab will prepare and arrange a meal in RMHCH’s buffet servery.
RMHCH is part of a network of 14 Ronald McDonald Houses across Canada, providing a “home away from home” for families of children who are seriously ill and being treated at nearby hospitals.
